These baggy sweatpants, which sold out immediately after their production last year, are now being re-released as a special order to commemorate the opening of The BORDER. While retaining the original silhouette, they have been updated with the new "FADED SILKY TERRY" fabric for this season.

The fleece material, with its newly revised face yarn and core yarn, is characterized by the crisp appearance of strong twisted yarn and the soft feel of untwisted yarn on the reverse side. By repeatedly dyeing and napping the heather gray material, it achieves a deep color and texture that is distinct from vintage garments.

The silhouette is baggy, with ample volume in the thigh. However, it's not simply wide; the absence of side seams and the supple drape of the material prevent it from looking overly baggy when worn. We aimed for a shape that drapes beautifully like slacks, despite being sweatpants.

They can be worn as a set with the zip-up hoodie released as part of this season's inline collection. The BLACK color, in particular, is exclusively available at The BORDER for both the hoodie and pants.

These baggy sweatpants were the pair I wore most frequently last year. However, this will be the last time we produce them as a special order in this particular form. We have no plans to make them again, at least not for the foreseeable future.

Despite rising prices and production costs, the brand made an effort to keep the price the same as last year. I strongly recommend that both those who missed out last time and those who already love them get their hands on a pair now.
